Last year, legendary classic rockers
The Eagles filed suit to prevent a Mexican hotel form calling itself Hotel California. Both parties agreed to drop the suit this week.

Don Henley has confirmed the Eagles performance with Jackson Browne at the Grammy Awards, as a tribute to Glenn Frey, who co-wrote the Eagles' hit, Take It Easy, with Mr. Browne, will be the band's last performance. Mr. Henley is working on his next solo release.
