2024 ROCK AND ROLL HALL OF FAME INDUCTEES ANNOUNCED
As you may have heard by now, as it was officially publicized earlier this week, the 2024 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductees for the year have been announced.
Officially declared by Ryan Seacrest and Lionel Ritchie on American Idol, this year's class puts a spotlight on really 2 musical genres: classic rock and hip-hop, with a nod towards disco/r&b and alternative rock. This year's inductees include:
- Foreigner
- Ozzy Osbourne
- Cher
- Peter Frampton
- Kool & the Gang
- Dave Matthews Band
- A Tribe Called Quest
- Mary J. Blige
The official induction ceremony will occur on October 19, at the Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse, in Cleveland, Ohio and will be streamed live on Disney+, with a later airing on ABC followed by Hulu.
Congrats to all of the winners - many of whom were nominated for the first time, surprisingly, including Cher, Foreigner, Kool & the Gang and Peter Frampton.
