Located in the heart of the famous Sunset Strip, within walking distance of both the famous music clubs Roxy and Whisky a Go-Go, the Rainbow is known, worldwide, as a hangout for some of the biggest names in rock n roll. Many of the regulars included Alice Cooper, Led Zeppelin, members of The Beatles and Johnny Cash. As hard rock became the soundtrack of the Sunset Strip, the Rainbow also became the hangout for Motley Crue, Poison and Guns N' Roses. Perhaps the most favorite regular of the Rainbow Bar & Grill is Motorhead lead singer, Lemmy Kilmister, who has a statue in memoriam, on the premises.
