Free Ground Shipping:
We feature free standard ground shipping, with delivery confirmation, on all orders, of $50.00 or more, shipped within the United States and it's protectorates, as well as to all APO/FPOaddresses.*
* Depending on the weight of the order, standard ground shipped orders to residential and business addresses, as well as PO Boxes, within the United States, US Protectorates or APO/FPO addresses, are sent via USPS First Class or USPS Priority, with a delivery/tracking number.
If faster shipping is required, we offer you the ability to select either USPS Priority (usually 2 - 3 days) or Express (usually 1 - 2 days). The price of both of these shipping methods will appear as you proceed through the checkout portion when placing an order.
Standard international orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) International First Class* (usually 5 - 14 days). If you require a faster shipping method, we offer both USPS International Priority (usually 3 - 10 days)** and USPS International Priority Express*** (usually 1 - 3 days). The prices of all of these options will appear as you proceed through the checkout portion when placing an order.****

***All duties, fees, licenses, taxes and adherence to local laws, regulations and customs, and any other such international issues are the sole responsibility of the customer. If the delivery of an order is refused, a refund on the merchandise will be made only after the package is safely returned to Rocker Rags; shipping charges will not be refunded.
All clothing items are neatly folded and placed in black tissue paper. The tissue paper is then folded and held together with our signature logo Rocker Rags ribbon. Your order is then placed inside a poly-mailer envelope and shipped. Rocker Rags is committed to you being a satisfied customer. If any of the items you ordered are defective, we will be more than happy to replace them at no cost to you, if you live in the United States, its protectorates and/or its military bases. If you reside outside of the United States, its protectorates and/or its military bases and need to return a defective item, we will refund your shipping costs for returning the products, once the product(s) have arrived to us here at Rocker Rags.
If an item doesn't fit, simply send it back.*
* Returns need to be made within 30 days of receipt and should include the packing receipt you received with the order, along with a note instructing us what you would like us to do, once we receive the return (i.e. exchange for different size, refund, etc.). Rocker Rags cannot accept returns of clothing items that have been washed, dried in a dryer, damaged or stained in any way. Basically, they must be unwashed, un-smoked in, unworn, or defective in order for us to exchange them for a different size or offer a store credit or refund.
Rocker Rags offers free shipping on all returns from the United States, its protectorates and/or its military bases. To return an item or items, simply e-mail or call us to let us know, and we will generate a return shipping label which will be e-mailed to you. You will find both the e-mail address and phone number to contact us, below.
- Please allow 7-10 business days, after receipt, of your return for any refunds to be issued and/or exchanges to be processed.
