KISS ANNOUNCE SURPRISE "UNMASKED" SHOW IN LAS VEGAS
Rock legends Kiss have announced that they're performing a surprise concert in Las Vegas!
Arriving on the heels of Gene Simmons postponing 17 dates of his 26-date solo tour which I reported on last week (article can be found here), and despite claiming that their End of the Road Tour, which wrapped up in December, 2023, would be the band's farewell tour, KISS have scheduled a one off show, at the Virgin Hotel in Las Vegas, NV, for the weekend of November 14-16, 2025, to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the band's fan club, KISS Army.
My understanding is that KISS is going to be performing this show, without makeup and costume, reminiscent of their 1983-1996 era, as Paul Stanley said that one of the reasons that KISS was no longer going to be touring and performing live was the weight of the individual costumes, which to a 73 year old man was getting too heavy to bear.
At this time, I don't have a lot more information about the upcoming Las Vegas show, other than that Bruce Kulick, the guitarist for KISS during their previous non-makeup years, will be appearing during this celebratory weekend.
