Our men's unisex Alice in Chains tshirt spotlights the band's name, along with their city of origin, Seattle, Washington, and the year they formed, 1987, framing an image of the 3-legged dog from the Alice in Chains self-titled album cover, their third but final album, with original lead vocalist Layne Staley.
Skyrocketing to fame, as part of the early 1990s Grunge movement, that originated in Seattle, Alice in Chains differentiated themselves, from their contemporaries Nirvana, Pearl Jam and Soundgarden, by incorporating more of a heavy metal vibe along with unique harmonized vocals between guitarist Jerry Cantrell and Layne Staley. Although Layne Staley passed away, in 2002, Alice in Chains recruited William DuVall to handle lead vocals, and the band continues to release albums and tour to this day.
This Alice in Chains tee is made from 100% gray cotton.
