BILLY JOEL POSTPONES 2025 TOUR FOR SURGERY
The iconic Billy Joel has been forced to postpone his upcoming 2025 tour due requiring a medical procedure and time for recovery.
The first show of the tour will begin on July 5, at the Acrisure Stadium in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, with the follow up show rescheduled for November. The other remaining dates have been pushed to 2026, with all pre-purchased tickets being valid at the newly scheduled dates.
Billy is still planning to perform this summer, in his home town of New York City, with both Rod Stewart, on July 18, at Yankee Stadium and at Citi Field (Shea Stadium) with Sting on August 21.
Regarding the remainder of his concert tour, Billy Joel published a statement saying "While I regret postponing any shows, my health must come first. I look forward to getting back on stage and sharing the joy of live music with our amazing fans. Thank you for your understanding."

October 4 – Levi’s Stadium [with Stevie Nicks] – Santa Clara, CA
October 18 – Superdome [with Stevie Nicks] – New Orleans, LA
November 1 – Seminole Hard Rock – Hollywood, FL
November 15 – Ford Field [with Stevie Nicks] – Detroit, MI
March 14, 2026 – Rogers Centre – Toronto, ON
April 10, 2026 – JMA Wireless Dome [with Sting] – Syracuse, NY
May 22, 2026 – Rice Eccles Stadium [with Sting] – Salt Lake City, UT
